Any legal issues fall under jurisdiction of Patna High Court. Any case of any dispute or difference shall be referred to sole arbitrator appointed by the Chairman/ Director. The proceedings shall be conducted at Patna subject to provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and the courts at Patna Only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter.
